Cleaning Monitor LCD

Purpose
So that there are no errors
and no ference when the monitor is working or while being used.
2.
Scope
This
procedure is only applied to the cleansing process monitor.
3.
Keyboard
Monitor LCD , cleaning

Instruction
-
Prepare tools and
materials.
-
Loossen or open
the monitor.
-
The next wipe
with a tissue, cloth or vacum cleaner mini with caution if debris buildup and
are difficult to clean using cleaning
fluid.

After all a clean
pair were dismantled earlier in the monitor and wipe the outside with liquid
cleaner and wipe with a dry cloth.

Monitor has been
clean and ready for use.
5.
Monitoring
Supervisors
must fully understand the procedures that already exist in the plant and
compare with the procedures performed and the records created.
6.
Corrective Action
Chack back if there is an interruption
after the monitor is cleaned if there is an error check back if there is damage
to the peripheral that can not be overcome can be replaced with a new one.
7.
Verification and Keeping
-
Technicians record the time, day, date, the tools used and
the corrective action taken.
-
Recordings that have been made should be stored no longer
then two week.
